MindsEye is an original IP game developed by Build A Rocket Boy and published by IO Interactive. I was hired 3 months before its release, and helped bring a final polish to the game.
I primarily worked on Build.MindsEye, a comprehensive toolset that enables players to build their own levels using any asset from the game and create their own logic using a 3D node system.
I ensured the UI followed a consistent formatting, implemented new logic nodes, and fixed bugs. I also took on bugs from the Missions team, such as fixing the CPR mini-game.
I collaborated closely with other departments, often starting discussions between various teams on the best course of action. I was complimented on my initiative and good communication skills.
I also made some templates showcasing features in Build.MindsEye, which were released to the public, to help tutorialise the game editor.
